It's nice to properly 'put the garden to bed' for winter. We cut back any untidy herbaceous bedding and prune shrubs, cut the lawn and clear up fallen leaves. A mulch with some bark chip is highly beneficial for the soil ecosystem. Mulch also protect plant roots and crowns from frost. If your garden is overgrown and needs taming we can come in with the power tools and make short work of getting it back into shape!
