About Us

Alanna brought her business expertise into partnership with Fletcher 2 years ago. Together they established Wildflower Gardens with a vision for ethical, environmentally conscientious gardening and landscaping business.

Prioritising care for the environment as well as care for staff and customers.

Time is taken to consider everyone's point of view and the impact of our work on the wider environment.

Fletcher, manager and creative director, started gardening when he was 5 years old. His parents brought a dilapidated little cottage in the Sussex countryside where he and his dad would spend summer afternoons planting apple trees and weeding the flower beds. Twenty years later Fletcher turned professional - completing his RHS level 2 General Horticulture and spending a year working as tree surgeon to expand his knowledge. Apart from some environmental activism and sculpture work, that is what Fletcher has done for the last 25 years - design and build beautiful gardens. 
 

Our team on the ground varies over time but everyone who comes to work

for us shares our principals and work ethic and is fairly paid for that hard work.
