Dacre Park Blackheath front garden with pond

Loved this unique project. We re-built the entire front garden including the steps up to the house. The addition of the circular pond made this an unusual design for a front garden. (We mitigated the risk buy installing a bespoke steel grid just under the surface of the water so onone could fall in.)
The kitchen is in the basement of the house and looks out onto the garden. In order to create a beautiful view from the kitchen Fletcher designed this retaining wall made from re-purposed clay drainage pipes, planted up with alpines, conifers and ferns.
The project has bedded in nicely and attracts much wildlife to the enjoyment of the owners, without who's vision and dedicated patronage we could not have pulled off such an outstanding front garden.
